President
Ike Spears is President of Deep South Political Consulting and Managing Partner of the Louisiana law firm of Spears & Spears. He has nearly 40 years of significant litigation experience and has served as the lead attorney on major cases in both state and federal courts. Over the course of his distinguished legal career, Ike has represented thousands of individual clients as well as major corporations, municipalities, government officials, and public agencies. Ike is also a veteran political consultant, maintaining his principal office in New Orleans, Louisiana. Over the past 40 years, he has counseled and advised countless political candidates and public officials. Ike's recent client list includes Biden for President (Senior Advisor), South Carolina Democratic Party, Congressional Black Caucus PAC, America Votes, AFL-CIO, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), Congressional Black Caucus Institute (CBCI), former Congressman Cedric Richmond, Congressman Cleo Fields (LA-06), Congressman Bennie Thompson (MS-02), Congressman Troy A. Carter (LA-02), New Orleans Mayor Helena Moreno, Baton Rouge Mayor Sharon Weston Broome, and Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards.
A native of New Orleans and a Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude graduate of Morehouse College (Atlanta, Georgia), Ike has been recognized for his outstanding oratorical skills and was awarded the coveted Benjamin E. Mays Debating Prize. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree at Tulane Law School (New Orleans, Louisiana), where he was both a Dean's Merit Scholar and Earl Warren Scholar. Ike is a licensed attorney and an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the National Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He has also served on the boards of numerous professional, civic and community organizations. Ike was appointed by the Louisiana Supreme Court to serve for one year as Judge Pro Tempore in the Orleans Parish Criminal District Court.
Ike is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, and he attends Franklin Avenue Baptist Church in New Orleans.
Executive Assistant
Kameelah Isby serves as the Executive Assistant at Deep South Political Consulting, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the firm's administrative infrastructure and operational execution. With a career rooted in public service, she brings a high level of strategic coordination, discretion, and institutional knowledge to her work supporting both firm leadership and clients.
Kameelah earned her degree in Criminal Justice from CSU Sacramento, graduating cum laude, and went on to complete a master's degree in criminal justice from Loyola University New Orleans. Her academic foundation in governance and policy informs her sharp understanding of the complexities of today's political landscape.
Prior to joining Deep South, she held an administrative role with the City of New Orleans, where she managed municipal assets, oversaw contract compliance across her department, and managed operations at a city-run event venue. Her experience extends to campaign fieldwork, where she has focused on logistics, events, and voter engagement, gaining firsthand insight into the inner workings of grassroots and institutional politics.
Kameelah brings a senior operational lens to the firm's political and strategic initiatives. Known for her precision under pressure, she operates as a trusted partner to executives and stakeholders alike — ensuring that systems run efficiently and priorities stay on track amid the dynamic demands of the political cycle.

With more than two decades of experience spanning local, state, and federal government, Louise has earned a reputation as a visionary advisor, trusted leader, and transformational professional dedicated to advancing progress.
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Professional Consulting Services, LLC, widely recognized as "ProConsults," Louise has cultivated a premier platform specializing in campaign execution, public engagement, and communications management. Under her leadership, the firm provides comprehensive services in digital communications, social media management, public relations, web development, voter engagement, civic outreach, coalition building, and message development. Renowned for her ability to shape compelling public narratives and elevate candidate visibility, Louise has successfully guided clients, organizations, and initiatives from concept to execution while helping foster stronger connections between leaders and the communities they serve. Her work extends beyond campaigns into major civic initiatives, public trust efforts, and community-centered engagement programs designed to inspire participation and lasting progress.
A highly accomplished leader and lifelong learner, Louise is a graduate of the prestigious Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) Field Directors Program, the DCCC Cybersecurity & Digital Strategy Training, and the Congressional Black Caucus Political Leadership Development Boot Camp. Her academic and professional training reflects an unwavering commitment to growth, leadership, and innovation, with studies spanning public policy, leadership development, digital communications, and emerging technologies. Most recently, she completed the Allied Business Science Program in AI Prompting at Louisiana State University, further expanding her expertise in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and forward-thinking leadership development.
Louise is also an alumna of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Administration, and the New Orleans Police Department Citizens Academies. These experiences have strengthened her knowledge of public safety, emergency preparedness, and collaborative leadership across multiple sectors.
Currently serving as Director of Infrastructure and Program Manager for one of Louisiana's most significant justice institutions, Louise oversees complex infrastructure operations, manages multimillion-dollar capital initiatives, and leads modernization efforts focused on operational efficiency, organizational advancement, and long-term sustainability. Her leadership reflects a unique ability to bridge innovation, government operations, and public service while delivering results that positively strengthen institutions and the communities they support.
